TMD Open Bingo is back.

You start with a five by five grid like so

Player Name         Player Name         Player Name         Player Name         Player Name
Player Name         Player Name         Player Name         Player Name         Player Name
Player Name         Player Name         Player Name         Player Name         Player Name
Player Name         Player Name         Player Name         Player Name         Player Name
Player Name         Player Name         Player Name         Player Name         Player Name

Then you simply fill in names of 25 type one magic players expecting to play at the upcoming TMD Open 15 this weekend.

Discuss your choices and strategies here, and, of course, post your bingo boards.

I値l accept submissions up until 11am Saturday.  After that, I知 going to ask one of the mods to lock the thread, so that all the answers will be finalized.

To quote DA:
You can mark off on your "TMD Open Bingo" board every player who makes top 16.  The person who makes the most bingos (four corners, row, column, diagonal) on their board will receive free entry into TMD Open 16 or, if there is no feasible way for the winner to attend because of extreme geographic inconvenience (and that will be relatively strict), a smaller prize will be mailed to them.

In the event of a tie for the most bingos, the winner will be the person with the most overall correct guesses.  The last tiebreaker will be placement of those players (for example correctly guessing the winner will hold more weight then guessing the second place finisher and so on).  If placement doesn't break ties (i.e. two people posted the same grid), then the final tiebreaker will favor whoever posted first.

Take your best shot at winning free entry into TMD Open 16!  Best of luck to all!

This is the best list that I could come up with, given the people that I knew were coming.  I don't know if Folinus is making it, if anyone knows if Jeff's going, please let me know so that I can adjust my slip accordingly.

Nick Detwiler   Nick Coss      Mike Egan      Jesse Martin      .     Nate Thompson

Joe Brown      Mark Hornung Mike Lydon.       Ryan Glackin      John Lessard

Ashok Chitturi   Kevin Cron   Paul Mastriano   Andy Farias         Joe Pace

Mike Hajduk   Chris Pikula      Bill Copes      Stephen Menendian      Brian Carey

Brian Schlossberg.     Brian DeMars   Anthony Michaels    Andy Probasco       Raffaele Forino

Edited after I was told that the Gans's will most likely not be making it on Saturday.

Yesh, time to read and re-read the TMD Open thread. And add it some wild cards, just cause I can.

I only put Stefan on my card because I'm pretty sure he's not going, and I wanted to troll, so I had to lol when someone else added him to their card as well.

So...there has been a mistake, and it must be rectified.

I had the esteemed Mike Bauer score the bingo cards for me after round 7.  It came down to Nick Coss and Mike Egan

Mike informed me that Egan had won on the tie breaker of standing and so this is what I reported in my tournament report.

Yesterday, Nick Coss mentioned that he believed he had won since he picked both Scalzo and Meyst.

I investigated and figured out the following.  At the time Mike was determining the tie breaker, he was using the standings after 7 rounds of swiss, NOT the final standings which were still being determined.  As I read the rules above, it is my understanding that the Final Standings are what the tiebreakers are based on.

Thus, I believe I have to apologize for the confusion that has been caused and declare Nick Coss the TMD Open 15 Bingo Champion.
