Terminus  4WW
Sorcery – rare
Put all creatures on the bottom of their owners' libraries.
Miracle W.

Next stop terminus. This is the final station. All passengers please leave the train. Before getting off, please make sure you have all your belongings with you.

Well, what can I say. It suffers a bit from the miracle syndrome:
In hand, it is expensive, the effect is surely relevant in vintage though. Miracle parfait with scroll rack and sensei's top to EOT evil stuff like this seems more and more appealing.

I expect someone to figure out a way to abuse miracles. Quickly. I really do.

I will be playing four of these.  I'll worry about the deck later.

You can 3-for-1 yourself by tutoring them up with Insidious Dreams.

Any interest in putting together/maintaining a Github Git project that hosts proven decks of all major archetypes and documents their changes over time?

Thank you for your valuable input, tmd always appreciates high quality posts.
On behalf of your suggestion: it is bad, unfortunately.
I was thinking more alongside sensei's top/scroll rack/vendilion clique (although clique is not so hot with this miracle). These and ancestral knowledge are the obvious ones, but there are many others. Someone will find non-obvious ways to get dead cards out of hand/draw cards.
But maybe the obvious one: sensei's top is just the best way to use miracles.

Scroll rack it's slow, but the format is not too much quick nowadays (if you can survive mana denial from beats and mud). Start with 4 scroll rack, 4 land tax and play some miracles :p I'd play it UW, but I'm not sure if it would be better than a UW snapforge...

I was being serious: people have suggested setting up 4 Time Walks in a row using that card.  The problem is that you 5-for-1 yourself as an additional cost of taking some extra combat phases.  It's also considerably less awful when paired with the Wheel of Fortune rehash since you empty your current hand to set up your next hand.  That makes Insidious Dreams a considerably better Ad Nauseam...if you're certain it won't get countered and your deck won't get shuffled.

Insidious Dreams. What an interesting card lol. I didn't even knew of it's existence. It is black which makes me think Rituals. It costs less than Naus. It is not restricted right? Makes me think of Gifts Ungiven as well. Same casting cost, instant gets your a pile.

The X cards you discard has to count for something or else it seems very risky..

Seems hard to make it work in the current meta, every other archetype hates it out; Mental Misstep, Gaddock, Lodestone/Spheres, Flusterstorm, ...

~Devastating Tide
   3uu
Sorcery    Rare
Return all nonland permanents to their owners' hands.
Miracle 1{U}

comparison :

- pitchable
- 3uu is more affordable than 5W
- takes care of all kind of permanents
- dont have to play white
- 3uu is a fair cost for what this card do.
- at miracle cost this is an hurkyll or an hurkyll for creature. Or both
- quite always usefull even if no creatures on ground
- storm enabler
- make you re-use your snaps
- you can force opponent to discard cards too.

- against creature its effect can be worst
- cant use miracle cost on turn2

Yes, devastating tide is interesting too. Especially in a deck with draw 7s or the like, but even as a normal card. The nonmiracle price is more reasonable than terminus, too.
