Chain of Vapor with no drawback, except being a sorcery.  At being only 1 mana, I still believe this can be quite playable, even as a sorcery.

CoV with no drawback...except the biggest possible drawback for a bounce spell.  I do see this potentially seeing play as a Burning Wish target, but not mainboard play.
