Now this is most likely a pretty crappy card, but I would have to wonder if this could possibly find its way into the MD or SB of fish as a 2/3 of. It seems like it would be extremely strong in the fish mirror, as well as being a really strong answer against tendrils. While it is slow, the main upside and reason for really looking at this is that it is one of the only reactive answers fish can play to stop tendrils that is NOT duressable. Because it is a creature, the only way an opponent can win if you have the 4 mana available is to have the FOW ready while they combo off. This means they also have to take care of any of your other counters that you may have in hand.
What do you think? Does this have any potential in Feinstein fish? Could allowing a lot of damage to come through only to play this and swing back be a potentially strong weapon in fish? Who knows. Well...maybe Feinstein. I still have a feeling this card might cost one too much to be playable, as at

I'm sure it could find its uses.
