ok not sure if this would be competitive or not but i thought of this deck here. here is the deck and anything with a * is proxy

Lands
x4 Underground Sea
x4 Polluted Delta
x2 Flooded Strand
x1 Bjouka Bog
x3 Swamps
x4 Islands
x1 Strip Mine

Creatures
X4 Hunted Horror

Spells
x1 Black Lotus *
x1 Mox Jet *
x1 Mox Sapphire *
x1 Time Walk *
x1 Ancestral Recall *
x4 Null Rod
x4 Force of Will
x4 Spell Pierce
x1 Brainstorm
x4 Leyline of Singularity
x4 Duress
x2 Unmask
x4 Dark Ritual
x1 Demonic Tutor
x1 Vampiric Tutor
x1 Darkblast
x2 Sensei's Divining Top

Ok the main is to get Leyline of Singularity right on the board and then cast Hunted Horror, that when he is in play the tokens that he generates for your opponent go away since the legend rule is now in effect.  that the horror has a nice 7/7 body with trample and only casts 2 to get him in.  I thought about making this for one of the tournaments here but i have been testing it on magic workstation and sometimes it works right off the bat and other times it fails. thought about tinker/target but i took those out for the null rods.   please let me know what you think. thanks

while it may sound odd there is no reason you cant run null rod+tinker.  it may seem odd at first but if the situation is looking grim you can always get a tinker to stick into null rod which can be both suprising and devastating to your opponent.  and in late game you can tinker out your extra null rods in play for a nice beater.  its always an option.

The idea is ok, but you don't have much tutors for your horrors, you need more creatures in the deck.

Also, this isn't a combo deck, you probably don't need Dark Rituals and Unmask, sure, Ritual, Duress Horror and Leyline turn 1 is awesome, but the odds of doing that are slim.

If you're looking to get beats out of Hunted Horror I suggest running maindeck Perish as it will still kill the centaurs plus Selkies, Hierarchs, Goyfs, Teegs and Pridemages plus any other random green creature, even Progenitus! (it's a shame Brand doesn't work anymore though, isn't it!). It's also possible to run Hunted Horror and Hunted Dragon together (there's a black kill all white creatures card but I forget the name). Hunted Dragon is good even if you can't get rid of the tokens with a sweeping destroy spell. I see this more as legacy worthy though, you could play Defense of the Heart and Hunted Horror, Perish, Hunted Dragon, and Avatar of Might maybe with Forbidden Orchards. Also, make sure your perish doesn't kill Avatar of Might if you go that way.

If you're taking Tops, then add null rod, if not, top and confidant is too good not to run together

Null Rod is already in the deck as a playset.
