I was surprised by Kevin's enthusiasm for Kozilek. Emrakul is miles better on every axis except casting cost. Even in Omni-Tell I would play Emrakul over Kozilek any day of the week, as the 15 damage attack + sac 6 wins the game on the spot 90% of the time, and in the few cases where the opponent sacs 6, deals with whatever other spells I cast during my free turn, and still manages to untap and win the game (e.g. opponent has tons of life, a mentor, and an army of tokens), it's hard to imagine Kozilek faring much better.

My favorite part of casting emrakul (with or without omniscience) is the"can not be countered" clause. No fussing around with Force, just a flying spaghetti monster 👾.

That's what I thought too. Emmy is too good not to dump off Omniscience. The card draw from Kozilek is nice but you don't have to dump cards to protect Emrakul like you do for Kozilek. Plus you have almost a guaranteed swing with Emrakul, which is devastating beyond repair in most situations I'd wager.

Completely agree with the above.  Emrakul (Em-ra-KUL, not Em-RA-kul, I believe) is valuable because he/she/it ends the game basically instantaneously.   None of the other Eldrazi titans reach this level.  And, while Emrakul does leave open the possibility of a monster that draws you cards, that niche is occupied, too.  If you like the idea of drawing up to seven cards off your monster finisher, well, Grislebrand has that covered without even needing to be cast.

In regard to Vintage cards with activation costs that require mana, Belcher costs 3! Although as Kevin put it, it's (hopefully, at least for the Belcher player) typically in the "one-shot use" category.
