Since I didn't take any notes and just have my life-total papers and memory to write this from, I'll do a Q'n'D report of my Explosions:
For the intro read Pyro's piece, for the list, scroll up.
Round 1: Hugo van Dijke, Stax
He sits down and starts complaining how he will probably lose to me because I guess he expects me to play a good deck. Well, I sure hope he was happy that I did go broken on him anyway after winning the die-roll. I'm not sure what happened exactly, but it went something along the lines of Lotus, Ancestral, Brainstorm, Time Walk, Fetch, drop Crypt + mox, brainstorm again, Cunning Wish for Shattering Pulse and set up for turn 2 16 dmg in his face, putting him on 3. And then I think he took some CoB damage while I took some crypt damage, and at some point I fired him. Round 2 was the opposite where I kept a risky hand with Walk, Fow, Twister and Sol Ring, Mox emmy and some land. He drops t1 trinisphere off 3 moxen, and I force it, twistering during my own turn. I draw random crap, while he drops like ALL his acceleration heh as in his deck on the table, and plays I think a Trinisphere. During my turn I tinker into Collosos, but he manages to topdeck Platinum Angel and cast it, and I'm locked at that point by chalice on 2 and chalice on 3.
Game 3 featured more insanity from my side where I tinker for collosos turn 1 off a lotus and a mox, while he only manages to drop a trinisphere and a jar, which is all too late. I had a fow on the ready with 3 mana in case he dropped platinum or duplicant or something.
So, round 2 was against Dirk Biesheuvel, playing 4cc.
Game 1 I start off slowly, but manage to combo him on turn 4 with protection, after he fetched and forces, putting him to 1. Then he drops a monkey, which almost eats my whole board, but I had a volcanic in hand to cast the topdecked fire when I needed it. At this point however, it seems like he's playing some control-slaver variant, so I sideboard for that.
in game 2 however I quicly get out a collosos, and he gets out an angel after walk, will, walk, draw some cards etc. However, he attacks at some point, putting him back at 11, and drops another morph to block my collosos I guess. I had a force for it though, so I got to kill him exactly. If he hadn't attacked with his 1st angel, he might have pulled it out in the end. I guess it wasn't meant to be for him...
Round 3 against Marco, bigmac, with rector-tendrils.
We always seem to get paired round 3, and we consider ID-ing again. However, we both also concluded that 5-0-1 might not ensure the victory today, so we figure we play it out, and if it's 1-1, we could reconsider our position.
However, he is mana-light and I combo him pretty quickly, and then at some point he just concedes I think.
Game 2 is a little more of the same. I keep a hand full of counters and manage to control his again mana-light position.
He tells me I should better win the whole shebang now, so I tell him I will accomodate him. Like I said, I aim to please

Round 4 against Patrick Sneevliet, with affinity
Game 1 I get stuck with a Shivan reef through 3 brainstorms and a TFK (with the help of a Mana Vault) until I finally find a Mox Sapphire to do nothing of relevance with the turn he kills me.
Game 2 he shuffles so I see his sideboarded in Diabolic Edict. How funny. I did side in my FTK's though, since they're still pretty good. That game I just kill his dudes constantly with my fire and FTK's, and at some point I combo him twice.
Game 3 he keeps a pretty bad hand of Lotus Petal, Mana Vault, Clamp, Glimmervoid x2 and Academy. I force his Vault of the petal (thinking he had no other mana sources) and he then drops clamp. However, I go pretty insane with carddraw and find my Shattering Pulse and I totally wreck him. I quietly finish him off with FTK when he dropped a target for me to use it's drawba.... errr..... ability on

Round 5 against Robbert van Outernaar with Gobbos.
I wonder how he managed to avoid all the Oath there was, but in any case, I guess I'm doomed to lose game 1 to him. I stretch it pretty long to the point where I can either drop collosos and fire some guys, or combo out and fire him, and in both scenarios, I'm 1 life short of killing him or staying alive myself. How annoying.
Game 2 I bait him with a brainstorm in his endstep, he rebs, and then I tinker up collosos to get an immediate scoop from Robbert.
Game 3 I have 2 fire/ice in hand and setup cards for the combo, so that's what happened.
Round 6 against Hans vd Schie with Oath
Finally I get to play an Oath deck, and I think I'm well prepared with my sideboard options. The game goes on for a while, but I manage to stop all of his oats, and his spirit toaken deals 5 dmg to him, and my Explosion seals the deal.
In game 2 exactly the same happened, although he did get an Oath out, but then he just didn't get a turn to oath up ancestors chosen to make life hard for me. I had the spirit for 4 turns to deal him 4 dmg, and with help of time walk and scroll rack I managed to combo him out.
So, in conclusion I can say that:
-The deck is actually quite good. I just had the idea to play it ever since the 1.x season where it was good, and I just tried to do it as effective as possible.
-This deck might actually be good enough to play seriously at a tournament. As you can see I didn't really play against any bad decks (although I agree affinity and gobbos aren't top tier, the rest pretty much were)
-Scroll rack is insane. Not just for putting Draco's on the top, but for making decks work. That card has been broken for me all day, and I think it deserves more looking into for control decks.
-I had a ton of fun getting people to read Erratic Explosion and shaking their heads over Draco. So good
