What do all of you think of this Phyrexian Arena on a stick?

I've done some preliminary testing and it seems great so far.

For those of you who don't already know:

Graveborn muse
2BB
creature-zombie spirit
at the beginning of your upkeep you pay X life and draw X cards where X is the number of zombies you control

1. Its a 4CC creature with no protection.

2. Its slow at what it does compared to any other life-for-cards engine.

3. You cant choose the amount of life you pay and cards you draw.

4. You are forced to overextend yourself if you want it to work.

All in all, just another run-of-the-mill shitty legions card, unfortunately.

Much better alternatives, some of which aren't even used because they are too slow.

Phyrexian Arena

All are better, and the arena isn't even played.  Bargain only really in Bargain decks.

It's pretty amazing in t2.

But this has been done better before in t1 as others have pointed out.

Eh, I like muse better. He is fragile, but a swarm of early carnos and sacos + a muse could mean 4 cards a turn for only 3 life, quite a bargain.

But not many decks get much from arena, and Legend Black can't use zombies for muse.

Not to mention that carnophage (if you were playing it) costs you life too.  Sarcomancy would do the same after a creature-sweeping effect.  You'd be depleting your life points awfully fast, if you ask me
