and I was wondering if anyone knows when is the new Ban and Rest list going to be released for Dec. 1.

The reason of the question is that the event where the Top 8 magic stores in Texas will meet in Waco Texas to battle in a five format 5 team member event, that includes T1, Extended, T2, Mirrodin Block and Draft, where each team member will play 7 rounds of round robin within its format, will take place on Dec 6. And one rule that it is going to be enforced to all formats, is that the Ban/Rest list for Dec 1st will be applied to the Dec 6 event, leaving like 5 days to rebuild, adjust and practice new decks if necessary. So, anyone has a clue when this list should be revealed? Will it be done before Dec. 1st?

The announcement will be on December 1st, since that's a weekday. Any changes will not officially/i] go into effect until January 1st, though.

My advice would be to prepare several decks, since at least one should make it through whatever they do. If you can build it, Keeper would probably be your best bet.
