The last post was probably moved because you are starting up a thread with a deck that is not Vintage forum quality.  The "Budget Stax" decks are discussed in the Newbie Forum.

Stax, by definition, requires power cards to run properly.  Any "Budget Stax" deck will fall short of what is already a proven archetype.

ps: you need to drop to 60 cards.  Also, Static Orb is going to reduce the efficiency of your Isochron Scepters.
