I will be there, and can probably provide a ride, but only have one seat because I am also bringing friends. So if someone is excluded/cant get there, I can probably provide a ride.

'sup ray (& company), just a little push for this as well as some questions.

1) what is the start time?
2) what is the setup (i.e. 5 rounds swiss cut to t8)?
3) entry fee & prizes?
4) proxies or no, any 5 or p9?
5) can we get an idea of how many you expect (i assume this will influence 2 & 3)?
6) summary of local metagame (is it most of the heavies i see at hadley, or is there a nasty combo-licid deck hiding in CT)
7) you're going down ray (not really a question, but...)

Registration 11:00 tourney starts 12:00 noon

2) what is the setup (i.e. 5 rounds swiss cut to t8)?

5 rounds swiss cut to top 8

3) entry fee & prizes?

First Prize: Choice of A Beta Mox Emerald of $150
Second Prize: Complete set of Judgement
Also there are 3-8 place prizes, a ninth place consolation goblin game and two prizes for the highest non-top eight finishers who are 15 and under players

$15 covers admission, entry into main event and the 5 million side games/door prizes we run...everything from magic trivia to play of the day to a card throwing contest to a fifty rare raffele(sp?)...actually...it is $12 for any player who as never been to one of my events before and anyone can get $3 of for every new person they refer to my event(that person must put your name down on the reg sheet where it says "how did you hear about the tournament")

probablly about 35-40

no...it's actually a huge mix...expect to see anything and everything...even a lot of extended decks turned into type 1 decks for the tourney and some type two decks with power

I can't go down...i'm not playing in the event...i'm running it

of course i understand you're terrified of me after that draw you lucked out on      

in truth, i'm very much looking forward to the tourney.i'll try to get some hadley folk there too, but i may be coming from boston instead of amherst.
