Hi to all

This to any T1 player attending the Dallas Regionals this Saturday May 3th. Take with you a T1 deck and if you drop out main event, sign in for the T1 side event. We only need 8 ppl to make in sanctioned, but like they say, the more the merrier.

Dont forget.

Good luck to all and cya there.

Where do you playtest? Do you know of shops where casual play is also encouraged?

well, we are trying to start T1 interest again at a place called Knight Games in the Dallas area. The address is:

607 Centerville Garland 972-840-6375

It is a good place. T1 tournaments are going to be done on Saturdays now in the after noon. I'll post times later on, when Matt (owner of KG) posts them at www.texasmagicleague.com.

We might even have one sanctioned T1 event this Sat after the T2 5K Qualifier at KG, if we get 8 players.

And if ppl do start showing up for T1 events, we might first do them with P9 or P5 proxies and then later on, do the whole enchilada.

Pass the word around and cya at KG.

there's a reason there's no T1 scene where you people live, and the problem that's causing it is Roy Spires.
If you seem him, beat him up for me will ya?

I did...hehe, I played him last thursday vs his ICT using TnT and won 3-2 and just yesterday, I won 2-1.   Lost to him really bad when I switched to my T1 WW deck tho.

Anyway, sadly, there was no T1 at Regionals this last Sat in Dallas, cause even the TOs were hesitant on putting up a Sign-up list.    Sad, but hopefully we can get more ppl to come to KG now on Sat..see? this way we all get the chance to beat up Roy at this game...in the Dallas area I mean...   Wink

Sorry Roy, but if by advertising that T1 players in the Dallas Area can come to KG on Sat, play T1 and beat the carp out of you at the same time, I think is worth it.  Wink

There was no type 1 at regionals even though there were many players.

Type 1 and casual play is encouraged at Paperback's Plus in East Dallas where I work and run a draft tournement every thursday. Email or PM me for more information.

I also beat roy 2-0 with keeper vs. ict Razz
