Can Anyone point me in the direction of a good banned and restricted list for all formats?

Eeeuhm, there's one in the binder of a friend of mine, but I guess that doesn't really work...

- Wizards --> can't find it (how stupid)
- MTGnews --> can't find it
- Brainburst --> looks really scary, clicked it away
- Starcity --> can't find it (and starting to wonder if the restricted-list actually exists )
