I know that the main black decks in type 1 are Sui and Nether Void, but I've really never heard of any other really dominant black decks in type 1.  Is there?  Black really does have other good cards other than for Sui and Nether.  
     While we are still on the point, what color does black work well with in a combo deck?

Well, some people play Pox, but they usually splash a little white.

Masknought is usually played mono-black or with small white or blue splashes.
