Okay, heres the deal.  I got a type 1 tourny coming up in my area and ive play tested the hell out of this deck in tournys me and my friends but together on the weekends.   It always does great except for when i get to the top 8.  I've won only once and consistently come top 8, but can't crack the top 4 consistently.  The metagame is very random, sui black has one twice and void twice, the other victory was mine .
I was just looking for some possible info, again, the meta is almost everything including keeper, parfait, sui black and one mask.

Deck List:

Creatures-
Mogg Fanatic x4
Gorilla Shamn x4
Jackal Pup x4
Goblin Cadet x4

Utility-
Bolt x4
Chain Lightning x4
Incinerate x4
Price of Progress x4
Browbeat x2
Fork x1
Wheel x1

Cursed Scroll x4

Mana-
Mountains x17
Wasteland x2
Strip Mine x1

Sideboard-
This is where i need the most help....right now i got elemental blasts and thats about it, I'm lost right now as to what to sideboard against, its just such a random meta.

I look foward to your insight.

Have the browbeats been working well for you? I don't like them much myself.  Maybe run Black Vise instead of one, whatever you want for the other.

Definitely put REB's in the SB.  For other stuff, check out other sligh threads (there are a few in the extreme vintage forum).

Hope this helps.

I would adjust your creature base a little.  And it sounds like non basic lands are not going to much of a factor.  If your decks to beat are keeper and mono black I don't know if the 4 PoP are good main deck.  You might want to side them.  Against parfait and mono black the PoPs are pretty useless.  And you don't need PoP to beat keeper (but it helps...)

Creatures-16
Grim Lavamancer x4
Gorilla Shaman x4
Jackal Pup x4
Dwarven Miner x4

Pump-4
4 Reckless Charge

Utility-18
Bolt x4
Chain Lightning x4
Ankh of Mishra x4
Cursed Scroll x4
Fork x1
Black Vise x1

Mana-22
Mountains x17
Wasteland x4
Strip Mine x1

General deck sideboard is dependant on your worries.

Keeper/lots on nobasics-PoP
Other Weenie decks-Pyroclasm
TNT-Rack and Ruin
Oath/Reanimator/graveyard decks-Crypt
General Solution-Null Rods
Blue counterness-REB
Parfait-Anarchy or Thran Lense

I don't like cadets in an aggro environment.  Reckless charge gives enough pump to make up for the power difference between the miner and cadet.  And the miner's ability is awesome with ankh.

Suicide black is rarely a problem for burn.  If Void is a major concern grim lavamancer and cursed scroll should help.

Anyway I hope this helped somewhat.  Ankh is a wrecker with everyone and their momma trying to run fetchlands.  Colorless 5 damage they inflict on themselves!

Specifically vs Void you have 2 problems, Kegs kill you and Void kills you. This is very bad. However if you have Goblin Vandals you can kill Kegs (assuming your Strips/Wastes can handle his Mishras and you can bolt his creatures) which improves things a lot.
There isn't a lot you can do about Void except add more land (you only have 20 mana sources! If you do add land, use Mishras) or reduce your cc. This means Browbeat has to go (I would cut it for a number of other reasons anyway).

So -2 Browbeat, +2 Goblin Vandals maindeck is stronger vs Void
or
-2 Browbeat +2 Mishras is also a help vs Void

Black Vise is strong vs many decks but isn't great vs Suicide, at least consider it.

Sideboard cards
Ankh of Mishra if you see fetchlands
Scald vs blue control
Flaring Pain/Anarchy vs COP Red
Goblin Vandal vs artifacts esp. Kegs

Some sligh players are going with fetch lands to dilute later lands draws.  I'd use wooded foothills before bloodstained mire - becasue they hint that you could be boarding green.

Fork is usually considered to be too conditional to be used well.  I'd drop it.

4 scrolls sound like 1 too many to me. Sligh will never be able to use 2 at one time. I'd go down to 3.

I've been using reckless charge and like it.  They could be your fork and scroll replacements.

Sideboard  (white trash has good suggestions)
Red Elemental Blasts
Tormods Crypts
Thran Lens (for COP: red)
Blood Moon or PoP (if not in the maindeck)
Pyrokenesis  VS stompy
Umm. I don't know what to use in the mirror.

I always question fork, but I love it too much.  Ancestral? thanks I'll have one too.  Swords? I'll take one of yours too!  Hymn me? no hymn you! Stroke yourself? no stroke me too... wait... that sounds wrong.

Lord Baltimore: I have been testing reckless charge too. I love it so far.  It's like a red version of call of the herd.  It also lets you beat down with shamans.

I think it basically comes down to this framework for sligh

Critters (15)
4 Shaman
4 Pups
3 (Miners or grimlavamancer)
4 (Other Critter decks Fanatic, control/combo Cadets)

Spells (15)
4 Bolt
4 Chain
4 Reckless Charge
3 (PoP or Fireblast)

Artifacts (8)
3 Cursed Scroll
4 Ankh
1 Black Vise

Mana (22)
4 Waste
1 Strip
17 Mountains

Really rough frame but should give you some ideas of were to go.
