I've noticed that the wastelands are almost always dead draws.  The only lands that I would need to waste are workshops- and I've seen almost none played in my area.  Against man-lands, I would just as likley want a man-land of my own instead of  response-able wasteland.  

Should I be using accumulated knowledge?  I'm not very impressed with it, and like skeletal scrying better.

Is two wishes too many?  

Is the mana-base solid?  Should I use treetops instead of Mishra?

I think that Lim Duhl's Vault would be a nice addition.
