Is FEb a tier 1 deck in a usual metagame of keeper, stacker, TnT, R/G zoo, and random decks?

yup, although imo i don't think stacker is tier1.

I think FEB is a great idea for a deck but I definately think it needs some evolution before it becomes a type 1 powerhouse.  It has too many mana critters.  Smart players can disrupt the deck fairly easily.  

Them: Attack with shapeshifter, drop dreadnaught!
Me: ok, fire/ice your BoP!  I take 0.

I think some sort of black/blue build would be more stable, something like maskanaught.  Use entomb and buried alive plus oath of ghouls as the reccursion. maybe even throw in some reanimator cards.

that's just a quick sketch.  I just think using the ghoul and entomb effects will make the deck less vulnerable.

Maybe some version of mask and FEB with a mask framework and shapeshifters in over the negators.

In fact, the deck you just posted isn't even FEB.  FEB is made to work with Volrath's Shapeshifter using Survival of the Fittest (I actually tinkered around with an idea that wasen't to differrent from your Oath/Entomb/B.A. deck for 1.X, but canned the idea when I realized that 1.X blows =P).  The "disruption" to the mana critters you speak of doesn't actually do much, as they aren't necessary for the deck.  Why run them, you say?  They speed up your deck.  Your land drops are fine and good, but the speed is excellent, though not essential.  Besides, the BoP's aren't the only acceleration, most FEB decks also use Wall of Roots anyway.  FEB already is a Type 1 powerhouse, though it is rare, being pretty hard to play, andyou need to understand a lot about graveyard interaction and stacking triggers to play FEB.  I've been regularly playing FEB in Type 1.5 for a little over a month, and it's a blast to play.

Don't get me wrong,it looks like a uber blast to play I just think once people start realizing what they can do against it it will need to evolve.  When sligh can bolt your bird or wall to turn you scary shapeshifter into a bop it looses abit of credibility.  

Check out my post "New Deck Idea" .  I would love any imput.  The deck's name is Disco 13 and if cloudscraper is out by the next tourney I'm gonna run it for fun if it is working out.

Honestly...I don't think it's Tier 1 (although I hate the tier system). It hasn't been playtested enough...plus, in today's metagame, there are many any decks that use graveyard hate. Now TnT can somewhat deal with these cards, but what is an FEB player to do when a suicide player drops multiple planar voids? Also, FEB doesn't have enough disruption/counters/or speed. I mean it's a blast to play...but the combo is easy to disrupt and takes away...unlike modern combo decks such as dragon. FEB does have the potential to be Tier 1, but as of now, it really isn't.
