Here is my decklist for an Oath Keeper that seems better against control than the ones I have seen.

4 Force of Will
4 Mana Drain
1 Misdirection
1 Merchant Scroll
2 Morphling
2 Brainstorm
2 Cunning Wish
R Ancestral Recall
R Fact or Fiction
R Braingeyser
R Stroke of Genius
R Time Walk
R Mystical Tutor

2 Oath of Druids
1 Sylvan Library
R Regrowth
1 Gaea's Blessing

R Yawgmoth's Will
R Mind Twist
R Demonic Tutor
1 Chainer's/Diabolic Edict

1 Fire/Ice

4 Polluted Delta
2 City of Brass
4 Underground Sea
4 Tropical Island
3 Volcanic Island
3 Wasteland
R Strip Mine
R Library of Alexandria
6 SoLoMo (no Pearl)

Sideboard:
3 Red Elemental Blast
2 Oath of Druids
2 Krosan Reclamation
R Grim Monolith
R Power Artifact
1 Ebony Charm
1 Shattering Pulse
1 Naturalize
1 Skeletal Scrying
1 Vampiric Tutor
1 Diabolic Edict/Smother/Fire/other instant critter kill

The idea behind this deck is that Oath is so much stronger than The Abyss in virtually every aggro matchup, especially after sideboard, that it lets the rest of the deck completely dedicate itself to beating control.  This combined with the fact that, unlike The Abyss, the Oath is an active card vs. almost every control build should make it a strong deck.  It is based on Azhrei's build with the following changes.

-1 Balance (the real cost)
-1 Swords to Plowshares
-1 Renewed Faith/Cop: Red/Whatever
-1 The Abyss
-1 Gorilla Shaman (the other real cost)

+2 Oath of Druids (the real gain)
+1 Sylvan Library (another real gain)
+1 Gaea's Blessing
+1 Regrowth (might as well)

Vs. Control the advantages of the main deck should be fairly obvious.  In exchange for the loss of 2 dead removal and a cycling lifegain slot the deck gets 2 morpling hosers and a broken-with-fetchlands card drawer.  It loses Mox Monkey, which hurts, and balance which is definatly annoying, but in the end it seems better off.  After all, it has NO maindeck dead cards and a strong sideboard.

Vs. Aggro things get a bit more dicey.  Balance and Swords are two very strong cards in these matchups.  The anti-red cards were also pretty key in those matchups.  The ability of oath to not only attack a decks creature base but also speed up your victory is important here.  Especially after sideboard, many cards these decks would bring in against you are simply irrelevent because if you catch them with creature on the board the game is basically over.  The fast win also lets you skimp on lifegain since by the time a burn player is saving up burn you hope to be beating them down with morphling or resolving infinately large X-spells.

What do people think about this approach to Keeper.  Obviously losing balance hurts, but does the strong(er?) game against control and auto win potential vs aggro outweigh this?

Have you ever tried using Holistic Wisdom? I play a similiar deck, and I find it to be incredibly powerful in conjunction with oath.
