Ok, next saturday I'm going to a local shop tournament. All cards in deck must be less than 25$(Canadian).
This is my deck list:

My Metagame is : Blue beatdown (Yes, I'm not joking, Serendib Efreet with Unstable Mutation on it.)|Goblin Sligh(With Ball Lightning)|Anti-Red White Weenie|Mono-Black control and discard|Green combo( Sylvan Library and Words of Wilding )
And WinterOrb deck|Other decks aren't signifiant to tell here..
It won many tournaments, but I still wants to improve it.Thx

You should consider using eight fetchlands. When you use Lackey, thinning your deck usually helps a bit. That might make you want to strip the Anarchy, as it will be too expensive (why are you running that, when there isn't any white in your meta?), for something like Goblin Vandals.

Try this out. its a modification of a fun deck I have called "Goblins go BOOM"
Big Ole Pile of Dorks! (24)
4 Goblin Lackey (Gimme Free Weenies!)
4 Goblin Pile Driver (Da HOUSE!)
4 Goblin Vandal (Goblin answer to mox monkey)
4 Mogg Fanatic
4 Goblin Recruiter (Goblin Tutor)
4 Goblin Ring Leader (Goblin Fact Of Fiction)
One Red to Make'm Dead (16)
4 Lightning Bolt
4 Chain Lighting
4 Goblin Grenade (Goblin fireblast!)
4 Reckless Charge (Goblin Giantgrowth)
Mana (20)
4 Barbarian Rings
4 Bloodstained Mire
4 Wooded Foothills
8 Mountains
Proxy the cards you don't have and play it before you say anything. The ringleader/recruiter lets you basically draw any 4 goblins of your choice. 4 pile drivers on the board vs mono blue is very bad for them.
Again try it out.
1st turn mountain lackey go!
2nd turn cast recruiter, stack goblins, swing with lackey, drop ringleader, draw 4 goblins!
