Ok this deck was originally an idea my friend Kyle and I had on abusing squee with masticore, forbid, and compulsion.

Compulsion  Enchantment   1U
1U, Discard a card from your hand: Draw a card.
1U, Sacrifice Compulsion: Draw a card.

Forbid  Interrupt   1UU
Buyback—Choose and discard two cards. (You may choose and discard two cards in addition to any other costs when you play this spell. If you do, put Forbid into your hand instead of your graveyard as part of the spell's effect.)
Counter target spell.

so with squee in hand its pay U1 to draw a card.

and with squee you don't need draw to keep masticore out.

later game forbid and 2 squees is again equal to constantly drawing a counter spell every turn.

I am not claiming this is better than Urphid or that it is the next BBS.  Its just a good reliable deck that can just keep going.

Corbid

Engine (7)
4 Squee, Goblin Naboob
3 Compulsion

Critters (4)
4 Masticore

Counters (10)
4 Mana Drain
4 Force of Will
2 Forbid

Utility (7)
4 Fire/Ice
1 Fact or Fiction
1 Ancestral Recall
1 Time Walk

Tutors (4)
2 Merchant Scroll
2 Cunning Wish

Bombs (2)
2 Bloodmoon

Mana (26)
1 Mox Sapphire
1 Mox Ruby
1 Black Lotus
1 Sol Ring
4 Wasteland
1 Stripmine
9 Islands
4 Poluted Delta
4 Volcanic Island

Side Board
4 Red Elemental Blast
2 Blood Moon
3 Rack and Ruin
1 Shattering Pulse
1 Capsize
1 Psionic Blast
2 Misdirection
1 Stroke of Genius

this thing isn't really tuned yet, thats where your guys come in...  With multi squee you can have 2 cores out at a time with no real draw back.  The cores are there with out morph so it can go against aggro better.  With the side board you should be able to take keeper with out too much difficulty so lack of morph should not be a problem (plus deep down I have a real hatred for morphling)

Why not try stuff like Bazaar of Bagdaad?

I've seen this deck in germany in Monchengladback and it looked really cool. With the squees you can set up a deadly card-draw combo, and against control you will certainly outdraw them, and after that, lay a blood moon to shut them down.

I'm not sure if I like the Masticore as sole win condition, maybe snuck in the Monolith / Power Artifact Combo? Probably a matter of taste though...

The decklist can be found by clicking

here, the guy who played it ended 5th.

Um, I hear Intuitioning for 3x Squee is some good.

Yet you have no intuitions.

Please add some.

I had a single intution in the deck before but I have never really needed it.  I have always found that you draw into the squees nautrally as your mana developes enough to use them.  I would only run on intuition and just merchant scroll for it.

The original deck was a little different since the deck had no power.  Not quite as competative with out the drain mana to pop out the cores.

Counters (11)
4 Counterspell (vanilla)

1 Fact or Fiction
1 Intuition

Tutors (5)
3 Merchant Scroll
2 Cunning Wish

Bombs (2)

Mana (25)

Well this is pretty close to the unpowered version.  The volcanic islands, force of will, and the masticores are the only expensive cards.   Its a pretty fun beck for people on a budget.

Drawing inot Squees is too slow, intuition sets up the draw engine much much quicker and I would try to work in some Bazaar of Bagdads, it is just nasty with Squee.  Three merchant scrolls and two cunning wishes seems to be a lot of tutoring considering you don't have ancestral or time twister or stroke of genius or braingeyser or mana drain.  I also think your fire/ices won't be usefull with blood moon out.  Masticore as the only win condition seems to be a little too fragile as well More Fling suggested the grim/power combo but that means you would have to add in stroke or braingeyser.  It will need some tinkering...
