For what I see you trying to do Gay Fish would be a better direction to go in.  It's mana base is as solid as it gets being mono blue and all, and since it has blue in it it has mad drawing abilities in it already...ancestral recall, standstill, some play the stroke or geyser.  

I haven't test played your deck but it looks like it would play in a similiar fasion.  Follow up and tell us how it does in test playing.

try plated sliver. its much better, since u're playing white.
