A friend of mine made a modestly competitive wizard deck for type one play a while ago.  He opted to avoid the black because it diluted his land too much.  He wanted to use Patron Wizard as much as possible, and the rest of the deck reflects that.  Armageddon owns when Patron Wizard is out to play, and Meddling Mage is just awesome against so many decks.  Since you're playing with Geddon, you can also use Propaganda to REALLY hose aggro, assuming your wizards come out fast enough.  Chill is definately necessary against any form of red deck around.  He used the Squee/Compulsion engine to enlarge his hand, but I don't like that one so much.  I would recommend you stick with blue/white or blue/black to avoid hurting your blue spells, and find a draw engine that works for you and isn't susceptible to the hate in your metagame.  Good luck!
