Does anyone have any good decklists for a casual white Prison deck?

I'm thinking of something along the lines of....

4x Icy Manipulator
4x Howling Mine
4x Black Vise
4x Winter orb
3x Marble Diamond
3x Zuran Orb
1x Feldon's Cane

4x Swords to Plowshares
4x Balance
4x Enlightened Tutor
3x Armageddon
3x disenchant
1x Seal of Cleansing
1x Land Tax
17x Plains

Oh, and I put more than one black vise in this deck because I want it to win relativetely quick.

If you want to win, why not play 4x academy, 4x lotus, 4x ancestral etc?

As to some serious comment : Why would you want to win relatively quick in casual? and shouldn't you keep b/r lists for T1 in mind?
I don't play casual too much anymore, but that's how it used to be when I still did.

I'm kind of trying to make a fun deck that doesn't cost over 1,000 dollars if you catch my drift.

Most of us don't have thousands of dollars lieing around to spend on cardboard.

Orim's Chant might help in the first few turns, before you Armageddon.

Maybe I got something about casual mixed up, as I seemed to at least assume it as multiplayer heh.

Regardless, the b/r list thing still strikes me as weird, since it could be fun to play 4x strip mine 4x black vise etc.

James, you have to many copies of redundant cards. For example, once you have a Zuran Orb out, what good are the other two? 4x Winter Orb is particularly overkill.

You could solve this by including 1 to 3 of each redundant artifact and using enlightened tutors

Also, this deck doesn't look "fun" at all. Cards have been restricted for a reason. If you aren't going to follow any rules, you might as well use proxies...

I meant fun for me, not the opponent of course.

Well the redundant cards are there for a reason, disenchant.  I always want to have some spare cards to keep my lock going.  Plus the extra artifacts are always good to have when playing a balance, which is what this deck is going to revolve around.

Hi James,
I entirely agree with upinthe, this deck does not look fun at all. Acually on the contrary, seems kind of boring. And as upinthe said before, you have to many copy of cards if which you only need one down. And as Morefling said in casual you do keep in mind the Band/Restricted list. I know this because I played it t'ill a few weeks ago. However if that is the way you and your friends play it, I am sorry.
How about a few Rectors? Anyways besides that it seems alright.
Have FUN with it, remember it IS casual,

Besides of James obviously having a weird understanding of having fun, I do not get his argument of spending 1000 dollars on cards to have fun at all. Also, what has this to do with playing 4 Vises, Balance etc.? Your deck is still very expensive since it uses so many good rares and it will produce really boring games. And a good chep weenie deck or burn (!) will still crush you, this means, the decks that you will most likely face while playing for fun on a budget.

Bah!

I have the power of balance.  Weenie decks can't beat me.

I'd like to stress this deck isn't type 1.  It's casual, and I had most of these cards lieing around.  Well

Heh, I think 4 Black Lotus and 4 ancestral would be quite a bit over 1000.  At least what I've been seeing... anyway... back on topic.

Your deck looks quite boring.  If you are playing casual, at least have some fun, dont just sit there and let vise kill.  Weenie decks will run you over, even with balance.  They dump creatures - empty hand, little land.  You balance, goodbye land, goodbye hand

I'd try something like Serra angel/white weenies, empyrial armor, land tax, then armageddon.  I mean, it is casual right?  What does it matter if you dont win every time?  It is pretty fine getting back to the old days of smashing face with a 15/15 flying angel
