Question#1: scenario: i have a powder keg with no counters in play, my opponent activates his Mishra's factory. cann i kill it with my keg ?

question#2: what do u think of dust bowl? i dont have wastelands, so i have to play dustbowl at a tournament.

Question 1 : Yes you blow up the Mishra like that.

Question 2: Try to at least mention some more details, since it's useless posts and questions like that that clog up this forum unfortunately.

Answer to Question 1: lands have a CC of zero whenever their CC is relevant. So, if the Factory animates, its CC is considered zero, so the keg can indeed kill it.

On Question 2: Dust Bowl can be powerful, but it's slow, and doubles aren't great. In an Aggro deck, you really want the wastes, since they are there for early disruption. In control, you might be able to get away with Dust Bowls, but it's not a great plan.
