Tog is going to get big in my area..would you sideboard edicts, smothers, or planar void vs tog.  I am playing void and once a tog hits the board its hard to come back.

i would think smother would do the same thing as a diabolic edict, without the risk of some dryad or factory randomly getting in the way.
planar void won't save you from them pitching x cards and casting berzerk, so i'd go with the smother. also good in many other situations.

yeah, chains of mephistopheles or cursed totem.  Totem can be a bit more versatile depending on your meta.

Totems wreck your Nantuko Shades. I don't like them.

My sideboard looks like this:
1 Powder Keg (3 m/d)
4 Planar Void (good against Dragon, TNT, Tog, Reanimator)
3 Dystopia
4 Diabolic Edict
2 Masticore
1 Necropotence (1 Masticore pre-sideboarded, I run Vamp in my Void)

I would sideboard in:
4 Planar Void (neuters Tog, wrecks Yawgmoth's Will)
3 Dystopia (Kills Fastbond and Dryads)
out:
4 Hymn to Tourach (misd = game over)
2 Sinkhole (misd = trouble)
1 Yawgmoth's Will (Planar Void wrecks Yawgmoth's Will)

That leaves Planar Void, Dystopia and 3 Powder Keg as unmisdirectable answers to GroTog.

By the way, GroTog doesn't win by pitching cards to Psychatog, it wins by getting a huge graveyard by cantrips and feeding THAT to Psychatog. It also frequently wins by going crazy with Yawgwin+Gush+Fastbond. Finally, it still wins with massive Dryads occasionally.

Planar void has the biggest application out of the Tog match up, as the  Luke right says is works against dragon, tnt, tog rec/sur but is also usefull against parfait and Enchantress stoping them from reanimating their killer enchantments, effectly is returns much of the hit dystopia loses to Replenish.

As for Smother, Contagion is a better sideboard choice simply because it has the wider appilcation out of the tog match up working better as addtional removal to keg verse mirror, sligh and stompy. Contagion can take care of masticore not ideally but better than smother and take 2 sligh/stompy creatures down whilst still taking out Psychatog or even a Fledging dryad if your opponent is careless.

Do you guys think that chains of mephistopheles would be a solid sideboard card?  It would screw over academy also...
