type 1 tourny phoenix az?

i have gotten approval from a shop owner at christown/spectrum mall to run a magic tournament. i am now inquireing how many people would like to attend if i start running these.

-where
19th avenue and bethany home road
uc cards inside spectrum/christown mall
-when
to be determined more then likely sometime after 5pm
-how much
to be determined thinking about 5-10$ right now
-prizes
to be determined if i can get a sufficient number of people to attend i'm sure i can offer type 1 staples such as mana drain, moat, abyss etc well see

so how many people are interested in doing this also tell me what times you would like this to be held saturday is out because they do yugioh tournaments then. also another thing should i allow collectors edition or maybe a couple proxies since i know most people don't have the power cards and this is an unsanctions tournament. lmk what you guys think

1. should proxies be legal? and why?

2. what do you think the entry fee should be? and why?
