I need some serious tips for this deck.

favourite deck in my area:

gro-atog
nethervoid/suiblack
keeper
Zoo

My problem is that i keep losing of decks that are fast, such as Zoo and suiblack

Keeper and nethervoid isn't a problem. Sometime gro-atog is a problem.

so...
i need a good sideboard, and some tips to make my deck a bite faster againt zoo and suiblack

Well, you definitely want black for demonic tutor, abyss, edict, and maybe even smother.

Swap the disks for kegs.

HelloZ@MANN. I see some problems. I'd personally go mono blue but if you want help with this build:
-1 mystical: not running broken stuff
-1 merchant scroll; nothing to grab other than counters. waste of mana on your turn
-1 timespiral: to much to play
-1 mana leak: not always reliable, 12 counters including misdirect
-3 impulse: good in combo, and keeper not here
-2 mountain: fetch would work better here

+1 stroke of genius
+1 brain geysor
+1 jayemdae tome
+1 sol ring
+1 lotus petal
+4 fetch land

I dont know what cards you have acess to but this is what I would do.

You definitely need to run Powder Kegs, as Disks are too slow.  You may want to replace some of your burn with Fire/Ice; you can pitch it to FoW or Misdirection, get 2-for-1 card advantage against x/1 creatures, or use it to tap a huge creature coming your way.

Like Lone Wolf said, Time Spiral is too slow and doesn't do enough in this deck (mainly a combo card).

Not too sure how viable Lotus Petal would be in this deck, but Sol Ring should go in.
