A month or two ago, I found a unique deck posted here (I think it was here) called "White Lighting". The deck was:

I had most of these cards and have since put it together and I have to say I love this deck. It's a really fun aggro/control deck that may need a little tweaking. I'm just wondering if anyone knows where this decklist originated (I swear it was here) because I would love to open a discussion about it and perhaps find alternatives for some of the slots. Thanks.

omg that picture is incredible and trippy at the same time! I believe it was bastian that started the white lightning thread, he has a lot of experience with the deck. I am pretty sure his latest versions ran weathered wayfarer and maze of ith to fight hulk. Have a look at his thread it should be very useful, he also describes different splashes in WW but he believes mono-W is the way to go.

The particular list you have is from the old Type 1.5 forum before they separated from TMD. That's why it has just about the oddest T1 mana curve and card choices ever, and ignores amazing 2-cc cards entirely. If you want Type 1 WW, go here. There isn't much discussion of this archetype at the moment because it is just too slow, totally losing to the upper tier decks, most especially Dragon. (This makes me sad; my nickname in my high school Magic club was "Whitey". But them's the breaks.)
