I will be attending a small T1 tournament put together by some friends and I am planning to use a Budget build of U/G Madness there (there is a very low chance of seeing powered decks, but the chance is there.) this is the build I am considering and I am looking for feedback, card advice, etc.

//Name: U/G/r Madness
//Mana
4 Lion’s Eye Diamond
4 Tropical Island
4 Taiga
4 Forest
4 Wooded Foothills
2 Mountain
1 Windswept Heath
1 Lotus Petal

//Creatures
4 Wild Mongrel
4 Basking Rootwalla
4 Arrogant Wurm
4 Roar of the Wurm

//Utility
3 Fiery Temper
3 Anger
2 Wonder
2 Manabond

//Draw
4 Careful Study
4 Deep Analysis
1 Windfall
1 Wheel of Fortune

//Sideboard
4 Pyrostatic Pillar/Tormod’s Crypt
4 Red Elemental Blast
3 Rack and Ruin
2 Rebuild
2 Xantid Swarm

I know it doesnt have Bazaar od Baghdad, but at current prices the card is out of my budget range.

Again, all feedback is welcome.

Quote 2 Manabond

I would run 2 or maybe 3 Oath of Scholar instead of this card. It dominates control decks. And is a game winner when your hand is extinguished.

I actually tested Oath of Scholars (that list is pretty much an exact copy of mine from my recent article) and it cannot be cast early enough to evade the ever-present drain. Therefor it becomes useless against control, and the deep anals just do the job better. If your scared of manabond because its risky i understand, but oath of scholars is too much mana for an unpowered build to run.

Hes playing in an unpowered meta, which to me means most are gonna be budget decks. Oath wouldn't be to slow.

Chrome Mox is worth using in budget Madness, maybe not a full set but atleast 2 couldn't hurt.
