Ok, I'll start off with the current build of keeper that I'm using:

counters
4 force of will
4 mana drain

card advantage
1 time walk
1 fact or fiction
1 ancestral recall
1 yawgmoth's will
1 mind twist
1 skeletal scrying

quality advantage
4 brainstorm
3 cunning wish
1 mystical tutor
1 demonic tutor
1 vampiric tutor

tools
2 isochron scepter

removal
2 swords to plowshares
1 balance
1 the abyss
1 gorilla shaman
1 fire/ice

kill
2 decree of justice

mana base 26
4 wasteland
1 strip mine
1 mox jet
1 mox pearl
1 mox emerald
1 mox sapphire
1 mox ruby
1 black lotus
1 sol ring
1 library of alexandria
3 underground sea
3 tundra
3 volcanic island
2 flooded strand
2 polluted delta

sideboard:
3 chalice of the void
3 red elemental blast
1 counterspell
1 stifle
1 swords to plowshares
1 fire/ice
1 hurkyl's recall
1 disenchant
1 rack and ruin
1 coffin purge
1 skeletal scrying

now a few comments on the build before i move on to possible variations.  most of this is fairly standard for keeper now except for the scepters and the abyss.  the scepters are slow, yes, but keeper is a slow deck.  if a dreadnought or tog smash your face before turn 3 it's not because you have a scepter in hand.  what you replace it with wouldn't save you either.  moving into the mid-game putting a drain or StP on the stick is a serious advantage.  a lot of the sideboard you've seen before.  i don't like chalice MD but i think it's great in the SB, cuz it will house the aggro all day.  the other strange card in the SB is counterspell.  it's there to wish for in extreme situations or to put on a stick.  experimental, but sometimes i might want a counter on the stick but be worried about burning with the drain.  could be a 4th chalice.

so, debate this if you like but now i will move onto possible variations:

mana base:
-1 wasteland or green mox
+1 city of brass, tolarian academy, fetchland, or island

city would smooth out color dependence as would the fetchland.  island for blood moon, tolarian academy would be better in a build with another scepter.  loses a little synergy if it replaces a mox though.

kill condition:
-1 decree of justice
+1 goblin trenches or morphling

i know kill condition doesn't matter so much, but trenches are good and will be better if keeper incorporates that "chalice of worlds", and morphling is classic, and pretty easy to get out with a drain.  doesn't deserve too much discussion, but whatever.

grimpower:
MD
+1 grim monolith, power artifact, enlightened tutor
-1 abyss, fact or fiction, balance
SB
+1 stroke of genius, balance
-1 skeletal scrying, stifle

grimpower is decent and not too hard to fit in the deck.  abyss i don't mind losing, and FoF could break the combo.  balance i'm not so hot on losing, but it could be brought in against aggro.  stroke replaces scrying in SB as secondary win condition.

a final minor SB possibility:
there need to be 2 artifact killers of different costs in the SB to protect against the chalice, i like the rack & ruin / disenchant but you could replace it with dismantling blow / shattering pulse

now less specific stuff:
the maindeck could possibly lose the following:
mystical tutor, vampiric tutor, balance, abyss, mind twist
which could be replaced by any of the following:
2nd gorilla shaman, stifle, 2nd fire/ice, 3rd isochron scepter, disenchant

adding a 3rd scepter has some promise IMHO.  would work better with a few more instants like stifle, 2nd fire/ice.  2nd shaman is great replacement for abyss in low-aggro, heavy artifact metagame.

a few more remote possibilities:
MD accumulated knowledge, impulse, orim's chant (neat w/scepter), future sight
SB powder keg, seems a little unnecessary with chalices

so, this might be a lot of info (or not), but what do you guys think about some of these?
