I've always liked the style off the Lich deck.  I understand that Turbo-Lich is NOT for a competitive field.  I just wanted a current decklist (post Mirrodin) that would be the optimal build for a casual game with a few friends.  I mean, I'm sure we ALL have a few decks that we LOVE to play, not because it's the best, but because it's the most fun.

Goldfish posted a competitive Turbo-Lich list back in the spring of 2003 I believe.  However, since you're not seeking a competitive list there is really no way to determine the optimum and standard list.  I would think you want to have fun as opposed to just Comboing out and killing them with Mirror Universe.

Brainstorming fun things to do:

Stifling your Lich in response to their Disenchant...or Stifling your Dreadnoughts CIP.

Ebonblade Reapers could be fun to win with critters...

Convalescent Care = lotta cards

Illusions of Grandeur = lotta cards, faster than with Necro [Donate for kill?]

Zuran Orb for drawing?\n\n

Quote Stifling your Dreadnoughts CIP.

The Dreadnought doesn't have a come into play ability. It is just an extra cost of playing the spell. It cannot be stifled.

Phyrexian Dreadnought
Artifact Creature
Trample
If Phyrexian Dreadnought would come into play, sacrifice any number of creatures with total power 12 or greater instead. If you do, put Phyrexian Dreadnought into play. If you don't, put it into its owner's graveyard instead.

You have to sacrifice creatures right before it comes into play by any means. This is not a play cost. It is done during the resolution of whatever brings it into play. [D'Angelo 1999/07/29]

No CIP. BEFORE it comes into play.

Just another Intuition-Replenish combo. If so why not just play 21?

cuz turbo-lich has way more style.  also, it isn't solely built for intuiton-replensih, although that's ONE possiblity of how to win with turbo-lich.
