Hi all, I'm going to a Un-powered (No 9) Mox tourny and I con't deside what to play. Now If ya'll and give me some help (A Deck list) That won't be too Expensive, Because I don't want to play WW/U Controll again (Although I was in 1st place right before T8) I would be very greatfull

I think that you're going to need to at least give a description of what kind of metagame you're going against before anyone can recommend a budget build for you to take.

That's definitely not something we really want to have as a thread here. If you maybe gave us a metagame call in your area, lists you've been playing with, some successful ideas or failures you've come across? Anything to help us out with this sort of a question. To be honest People don't like threads like this and often disregard most replies or posts you will make from now on.

You should be able to figure out a deck on your own, just by looking around the site. We're not here to do it for you. Plus, no decklist requests anyway. I'd move this to newbie, but it just need to be
