I saw this yesterday too and I'm still trying to figure out just how all three languages got mixed together there.

It's mostly the fact that they aren't really translating the Japanese ad, just talking about the toy.

So, wait, this toy is billed as "Russian Roulette for kids", features flying Angel/Devil hippos duking it out as a bomb inexplicably explodes beneath them and another hippo in suspenders plays Russian Roulette himself, and pairs spectacularly phallic imagery with an open-mouthed kid, and you think the weirdest thing about it is that the magazine article featuring the ad is bilingual?

OMG I didn't see the hippos! This is now doubly hilarious. <3 Japan. First they break Seething Song, then they add hippos. Outstanding.

It's obviously some sort of wholesale toy catalogue. You gotta love they way the japanase inspire their youth to commit suicide. OPr maybe it's chinese. In that case, it could have something to do with overpopulation  Confused
