Egg was restricted because they felt that losing a land was bad enough (it's no fun to not be able to play your cards!), no need to kick you while you're down.

I have no idea what was up with Oriflamme, though.

The original Oriflamme cost 1R. OH NO. :shock: Then they corrected the misprint. Even at the original cost it was worse than the openly comparable Bad Moon. Whatever, they were retarded back then.
