I'm pretty sure that every card with "wall" in its name has actually been a wall. Having this be an enchantment is confusing.
Also, rules-making abilities like that are definitely white, not blue.
Finally, this totally messes up a ton of the game. Masticore is free, upkeep costs don't exist, storm doesn't work, decree of justice doesn't work, tangle wire and smokestack shut down, the dragon loop fails, and even creature-based decks take a hit.
Not to mention cards with CIP abilities that end up with undefined characteristics or something. This is both too powerful and too complex. I don't like it.

A trigger stopping replacement ability....interesting. This is bound to create rules problems. I'm not sure anout power considerations, though. It's so broad that I can't forsee all of it's implications.
I agree on the name, though. This must change since it's confusing.

Actually, those are nearly always not triggered abilities so wouldn't be affected by this. However, I will agree, this effect may be too powerful. It would need some sort of drawback or a much higher mana cost to be feasable. I also agree it should be white. |

i dont think its that powerful, only in some crazy combos, but with the increased mana cost the card isnt too powerful..

No way dude, this is most certainly not a combo card. This is, among many other things, a combo stopper. This shuts down so many decks it's insane.
Also, if you edit a card you created, please only edit the current wording post in bold. The original one must remain in place so that we can see the cards evolution.

It's no problem. Just helping out a new user  No, the name of the topic can stay the same. Obvioulsy, the card is now sometwhat less powerful now that it has the Golden Wish mana cost, but it's not prohibitive (i.e. Rector). I still think this card breaks too many fundamental game rules. |

but could i made it so it only stops some kind of triggered abilities, that would maybee make it less powerfull Nr 1 ~Name~ {W}{W} Enchantment During each players upkeep if a triggered ability would trigger, instead it doesnt This also hurts stax/mud decks or Nr 2 ~Name~ {W}{W} Enchantment If an ability would trigger during a main phase instead it doesnt This one is good against rector tendrils/trix and against other combo decks or Nr 3 ~Name~ {W}{W} Enchantment At end of each turn target opponent gains control of <THIS> If a triggered ability your opponent controls would trigger during your turn, instead it doesnt this really hurts stax/welder mud decks, when there smokestacks and tangle wires doesnt work on your opponent u are pretty fucked... |

the upkeep one works pretty well. but I'm pretty sure it should read as follows:

i have thought about 2 flavor texts 1. Sorry. My mind dosen't work today. 2. Hmm it worked yesterday -Slobad Goblin Tinkerer what do u think ? and what about making it multicolored instead of white, then it would also fit into a kind of keeper decks {W}{U} or  {W}{W}{U} |
