In CrazyCarl's 1997 Revenge of Keeper thread something caught my eye. An e-mail in the thread displayed a decklist of a Necrodeck that was Keeper's Archnemesis. This deck apparently was destroyed by the restriction of Necropotence. Here is a decklist that I made in one day and little testing, but it seems to have potential since Necropotence and Yawg Bargain are cards that could easily fit into Keeper if their casting costs didn't rely so heavily on Black.

Necrodeck UB

4 Underground River
2 Polluted Delta
2 Mishra’s Factory
4 Underground Sea
4 Wasteland
1 Tolarian Academy
1 Strip Mine
1 Library of Alexandria

1 Sol Ring
1 Black Lotus
1 Mox Jet
1 Mox Sapphire
1 Mox Ruby
1 Mox Pearl
1 Mox Emerald

4 Dark Ritual

2 Recoil
2 Morphling
2 Nevinryall’s Disk

4 Force of Will
4 Mana Drain
2 Lobotomy
1 Duress
1 Time Walk
1 Ancestral Recall
1 Braingeyser
1 Fact or Fiction

1 Demonic Tutor
2 Hymn to Tourach
1 Vampiric Tutor
1 Yawgmoth's Will
1 Necropotence
1 Yawgmoth’s Bargain
1 Mind Twist

SB: 2 Nevinryall’s Disk
SB: 4 Tormod's Crypt
SB: 3 Powder Keg
SB: 2 Blue Elemental Blast
SB: 4 Perish

The sideboard needs a lot of work. Black and Blue are not very good at providing hate, so there are many artifacts.

Some quick explanations of card choices.
Recoil can be used as removal, especially with counterspells.
Lobotomy can be a game winner by itself if your oponent holds an important card in his hand.
Morphlings are my kill condition because they are blue for my Force of Wills. I would like to replace them, I'm thinking Psychatogs without Berserk.
Nevinryall's Disk is necessary as a bord sweeper since both blue and black have a difficult time with board position once a permanent comes into play.
Mana Drain is extremely important to this deck because there are 9+ cards that are sinks for mana.

Tell me what you think of this new deck and what you would add.
