This is a question that came up last night while I was playtesting, but since I wasn't completely sure about this ruling, I couldn't contend to my opponent's complaint.

My question is this:

I am allowed to activate Mishra's Factory after the EOT step so that the Factory stays active next turn, right?  Or Cursed Scroll so that I can deal four damage to one target?

If this is correct, how would I declare this so that there is NO possible confusion?   After EOT?  You might have already seen this coming by my poor choice of words.

Thanks to everybody that replies to this.

Neither of those work, because Factory lasts "until end of turn" (ie the cleanup step), which is also when damage goes away. After the cleanup step, the next time you get priority is the upkeep.

Thanks Jacob.  My understanding of priority is horrible.
