Mirrored Landscape
Land
Comes into play tapped.
T: Add one mana of any color that you can produce to your mana pool.
Cycling 2
As an additional cost to cycle Mirrored Landscape, search your library for a card name Mirrored Landscape and put it into your hand. If this search fails, draw two cards.

I thought of it this way: First, its mirrored, so it searches for all the "light" it can get, and can produce that only. Second, the cycling part. If you play one, you draw it and cycle it, you get 3 cards for 2, uncounterable. But then again, you need more then one to be able to draw it, so it requires some cycling to get the cards. And of course, the search part is because the Mirrored landscape mirrors all other landscapes in the area, so it have to pass trough all those to give you the card.

The tap ability should be worded ..any type a land you control could produce...  like reflecting pool or at least permanent you control.  You could have an elvish spirit guide in your hand but theres no way of verifying that unless you reveal your hand.
Second you are allowed to search and not find anything, so the cycling cost needs to be something like "reveal your library, if it contains a card named mirrored landscape put that card into your hand, if there are no cards named mirrored landscape in your library, draw 2 cards."
But that ability is too good, you run it as a one-of and it says 2: draw 2 cards.

Edit:
This isn't a land; it's a reuseable cantrip.

I'm pretty sure that you do 'play' lands. Which is why Recycle works.

You've basically created the following card:

Mirrored Landscape
0
Enchantment
2: Draw a card. If you've played this ability four times, instead sacrifice Mirrored Landscape and draw two cards.
Flavor text: You could play this card as a land, but nobody will, so we left it off.
