Hi my name is Gale Innes, I have been playing magic since 1995, and I love making decks, though I don't have the time, or in type 1's case the money, to playtest some of my decks.  This deck is already a proven deck, and I wanted to know what my changes to the deck might do to make it a great deck once again.  It also so happens to be my favorite deck.  If anyone cares to playtest this version and give me some feedback, it would be greatly appreciated.

Still "The Deck"

4 Force of Will
4 Mana Drain
1 Mind Twist

3 Decree of Justice
1 Gorilla Shaman

3 Swords to Plowshares
1 Balance

4 Standstill
1 Ancestral Recall
1 Fact or Fiction
1 Skeletal Scrying
1 Timetwister
1 Windfall
1 Yawgmoth's Will
1 Time Walk

3 Cunning Wish
1 Demonic Tutor
1 Vampiric Tutor

1 Black Lotus
1 Sol Ring
1 Mox Jet
1 Mox Saphire
1 Mox Ruby
1 Mox Pearl

1 Library of Alexandria
1 Maze of Ith
1 Island
1 Strip Mine
3 Wasteland
3 Volcanic Island
3 Underground Sea
4 Tundra
4 Flooded Strand

Sideboard

3 Red Elemental Blast
2 Rack and Ruin
2 Coffin Purge
1 Stifle
1 Blue Elemental Blast
1 Tormod's Crypt
1 Disenchant
1 Gilded Light
1 Swords to Plowshares
1 Cirle of Protection: Red
1 Skeletal Scrying

Ok, here is why I think this deck can work, 1 because of the speed of Keeper in the past just didn't seem good enough to keep up with the format and the draw power of Tog, so I decided to modify it's draw power in the form of Standstill.  The Synergy of Standstill and Decree of Justice is awesome.  Decree will kill early creatures hopefully, or force the opponent to cast spells to deal with a cycled decree, not to mention you draw a card off the decree.  The windfall will be dynamic after they sit there holding cards for ever.   Very Happy   Not to mention timetwister serves the purpose of shifting a disadvantage, making AK a lot less affective, and furthermore, after a twist you drop a standstill to continue the insane lock.

If you have any comments or suggestion, please feel free to comment.

I don't know if Standstill will work.  Keeper is slow, and it's rare for it to get in a position where it would be advantageous to have a Standstill on the table early in the game.

However, given that, Windfall is not going to be as good as you think.  A good player realizes that the way to deal with Standstill is to break it as soon as possible, not sit and wait while holding a fistfull of cards.  Odds are you will have more cards in hand than your opponent.  This is, of course, assuming that the Standstill is working for you.

Timetwister has similar issues, but in addition to not necessarily giving you the card advantage you want, it works at cross-purposes to Yawgmoth's Will by emptying your graveyard.  I strongly recommend not bothering with twister and using something good instead.
