2nd Question on Humility, God this card is evil.

If a HUmility is in play and a creature has a "when this creature is put into the grave yard" effect, is that stopped by the HUmility, or since the creature is no longer in play, but on its way to the grave, does the ability come back?  Examples being Yavimya Elder or Academy Rector, do I get to search for an Enchantment/Lands?  Or does the HUmility stop those abilities as well?

It has to have the ability when it is put into the graveyard in order for it to trigger.

Humility removes the ability, so when the creature is put into the graveyard, nothing happens.
