While attempting to bring a new creature to the table for Fish builds to use, I came up with the idea of mixing Stifle into a creature.  At the same time, I wanted to create something that would inspire casual players to start playing Wizard based decks again by adding some protection into the mix.

This seems a little strong. Compare this dude to Crystalline Sliver. Both effectively make all your guys untargetable, but this guy, while smaller, has an excellent built in ability, and is much easier to cast.

Maybe make the casting cost {U}{U}.

Flavor wise, it doesn't make sense to have an 'Entity' by a Wizards. I do like the name though.

I think you might wanna lower the power level again somewhat by not making this a Wizard itself. MAke it Creature - Entity or something and it'd be balanced.

I changed the creature type to be a Spirit instead of a Wizard.

Nonsense. There are two Entities in the game. One is an elemental, the other one an entity. So the third one could be either, or a spirit. Whatever floats your boat.
