Since Ageless antity is this guys' opposite, the name has some merit. however, I'd glady replace it.

Aging Entity
3BB
Whenever you lose life, Aging entity gets a +1/+1 counter for each life lost.

This really needs some flavor text. I like how this mirrors Ageless entity in card mechanic, so maybe a similar flavor text is in order.

I don't see this guy as getting older, so much as drawing sustenance from your pain. Maybe the flavor could work that in.
