Here's the rules....

15 cards per deck, no more, no less.
You CAN'T lose for not being able to draw card off your libiary.
You can only use 1 of ANY card (discludes basic lands).
No

That's it.  It's really fun.  By the way, here's the cards/mechanics that are Banned as of right now:

Millstone
Any 'Storm' Spell
Any Land Destruction Spell (Strip/Wasteland is permitted)

Watch List:
Dark Ritual
Tolarian Academy
Words of War
Words of Wilding

Basically, we REALLY need to explore this format more.  Combo outside of Donate/Illusions is basically killed.  Trendils was the best deck(reaching up to the mid 20's sometimes), but we banned it as it was a 'die roll' game.  Millstone for right now is offically Banned, as games were coming down to who played Millstone first.  We haven't explored to much in the way of prison/artifact+welder.dec becasue nobody has a Workshop to toss around.  Any form of Control is more or less dead as FoW is worthless without combo like how it is in T1.

If you wanna play, PM me and we can do some MWS stuff.  WhiteMage05, and Misemaster play this too, and I'm sure they're up for a game if possible.  It's wicked fun, and I hope it catches on.

When we (firefall and I) played, you didn't lose for running out of cards. Maybe this is something to consider?

What about Doomsday in this format, with Lion's Eye, Timetwister and a big fireball and a few lands?

I remember hearing about this format and thinking...

"Well, you Doomsday, leaving a Lion's Eye, Regrowth, Timetwister, and a few other cards."

I'm kinda lazy right now but I'm sure Doomsday is superbroken.

There is a deck based around 3 0cc counters (fow, misd, and foil) and soldevi digger, along with Nether Spirit.  It actually deals pretty well with Academy decks.

The broken decks that involved the banning of the "storm" spells were as follows:

Tendrils.dec created by WhiteMage05 + MixingMike
Black Lotus
Lotus Pedal
Brainstorm
Ancestral Recall
LED
Mana Crypt
Tendrils of Agony
Retract (Or hurkyl's recall)
Opt
Underground Sea
Sol Ring
Chromatic Sphere
Yawgmoth's Will
Mox Sapphire
Dark Ritual

As the Mixer said, I think the best we did on turn one was storm for high 20's or once even 30 (I think?)

BrainFreeze.dec created by WhiteMage05 + MiseMaster + Mike Lovett

Black Lotus
Wheel of Fortune
Brainfreeze
Sol Ring
Lotus Pedal
Eater of Days
Brainstorm
Mox Ruby
Mox Sapphire
Ancestral Recall
Goblin Welder
Yawgmoth's Will
Underground Sea
Volcanic Island
Lotus Pedal

Some of this deck has slipped my mind but the concept is to Brainfreeze their library away, and then wheel their hand away such that all of their cards are in their graveyard. (Sometimes we play a Tormod's Crypt just to add salt to the wound.) After they are left with absolutely nothing, you play/weld an Eater of Days into play, pass turn twice  Cool and precede to beat.

This format is pretty fun. We used to play every thursday with our Spanish teacher, but we stopped (teacher strikes suck the butthole!). Anyway, I greatly support the exploration of this Format.

I worked on that kind of format for a small casual tourney (5 cards sideboard allowed) some while ago. I didn't go to the tourney because It's all about flipping coins, which sucks hard. Playing FOW is nearly irrelevant in this format, and going first means winning the game. I planned using $T4KS for that tourney.

1 Mishra's Workshop
1 Volcanic Island
1 Mox Sapphire
1 Mox Ruby
2 other moxens
1 Mana Crypt
1 Black Lotus

1 Goblin Welder
1 Ancestral Recall
1 Smokestack
1 Trinisphere
1 Sphere of Resistance
1 Chalice of the Void
1 random artifact win condition

SB: 1 Lightning Bolt
SB: 1 Chain of Vapor
SB: 1 Tangle Wire
SB: 1 Rack and Ruin
SB: 1 Shivan Reef

This format is too stupid to be good.

You should just ban all library manipulation. That includes (but is not limited to?): Tutors, draw-spells.

I agree that library manipulation is ill in this format, however I disagree that it should be banned completely. I suggest banning mass library manipulation such as milstone, brainfreeze, and (of course) feldon's cane. However, Gaea's Blessing and Demonic Tutor should be allowed as tech cards.

15 Card Highlander has been dubbed "The Combo Format"
