Inspired by those undying skeletons in the old Sindbad movies I present

Sindbad's Skeletons (to be renamed!!)
1B
Creature - Skeleton
When ~this~ comes into play you may return a card called Sindbad's Skeletons from your graveyard to your hand.
1/1

Welkin Hawks but grounded and seeking out dead comrades not living ones. 1B seems weak but B is too good.

There could also be a C/U/R cycle of Undying creatures that call Undying creatures back to your hand from the graveyard (1B 1/1, 2B 2/2 and 3B 3/3).

Welkin Hawk never really caught on but I liked its resilience and the futility of killing them.

Latest Wording

Undying Warrior
1B
Creature - Skeleton
When ~this~ comes into play you may return a card named Undying Warrior from your graveyard to your hand.
1/1

Credits
Sheera - Templating
Wizards for making
Myr Servitor - 1
Artifact Creature - Myr
At the beginning of your upkeep, if Myr Servitor is in play, each player returns all cards named Myr Servitor from his or her graveyard to play.
"The Krark Clan enjoys pulling them apart just to watch them reassemble one another."
1/1
Common

Just take B off the casting cost and make them come straight back into play next upkeep. I think I'd have had my testicles dragged across hot coals if I had submitted that here!! I think my one is just about different enough not to close!

Reviving Warrior seems a better fit.

Reviving sounds a bit White/Green. Technically speaking, a skeletal remains rising from the ground is hardly a revival (Iron Maiden concerts aside).

Latest wording added, noted Myr Servitor from Fifth Dawn and generally bumped this up a bit.

Concerning the rules text template, you definitely want "whever" to be "when" and "called" to be "named." As far as the name is concerned, would "Skeleton Plague" possibly sound any good?

It is a great name but probably not for this card!! Black gets real plagues so I think the association would be too strong, people would expect a nasty Enchantment or a board-sweeping Sorcery.

I have edited the latest wording as you suggested
