Well, the art matches Kev Walker's style, and we haven't seen that piece before. It could be from 5D, but it fits this so well.
edit: 5D = Fifth Dawn, aka the new set that's coming out this month. The one with the preview cards you've been discussing, Tony.

The art doesn't really match 5th dawn all that well, so I don't think they ripped it from that. It is most likely a Judge promo as the site states, if it is indeed real. The Judge mailings are going out, so if I end up with one, I'll let you all know.  |

Magiclibrary.net has the card listed as a DCI Judge promo...it's most likely real. The real question now: Foil Balance > Beta Balance  And I still haven't picked up my foil intuitions yet... |
