This is the place where the best players in the San Francisco Bay Area play. About 25 miles south of San Francisco. You can travel by Bart (bay area rapid transit) to get there. Call first because the store may have moved to it's new location by July.

5454-C Cenral Avenue
Newark, CA 94560
510-796-5790

Every Thursday 6:30p.m.

New York has basically all types of tournies during the week.  It depends what you are looking for but I bet that you can find it rather easily.  As for big events I am not sure if they are doing anything of yet but they usually have PTQ's or Grand Prix Trials.

Here's a store in Berkeley that has events, about 12 miles from San Francisco. http://www.eudemonia.net/

As far as I know there is no Magic in S.F. itself, just the outlying areas. When one speaks of San Francisco you must think of a 20 mile radius to include the other cities.

@ jhaggs- C&J will still be in the same general area + or - 1 mile.
