Who else graduated/will graduate from high school, college/university, etc. this year? Today I graduated from Brown University (Providence, RI) with a bachelor's in chemical engineering. sorry the picture is sideways, but that's how the person that took it loaded it. It's a picture of me and my girlfriend before the procession started this morning. Next fall I start graduate school at Carnegie Mellon University, in Pittsburgh, PA. I'll be studying in the department of chemical engineering and if all goes well will have a PhD in five years.

I graduated from Case Western Reserve in English. I don't know where I'm going for grad school yet but I'm also hoping to get my Ph.D. in either film or Asian studies (depending on whatever department whichever school I go to tells me to go into) in 5 years.

I graduated a little more than 2 weeks ago with a BS in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech. I'm getting a sapphire for a graduation present.

I graduated back in 1988 and didn't go because I didn't have any money and didn't really care anyway. I got my certificate in the post and never got it out until I came to Slovakia where bits are paper are still used as a means of evaluating people (as opposed to the Western system of just writing WTF you like on your CV and people believing it).
I think I must have spent 70% of my money on alcohol back then, happy days. Full grant (see how old I am, way back then you got taxpayers money and didn't have to give it back), sponsorship, full time work through the holidays and work placements and I still had no money!!!!!
I got a 2.1 in Mechanical Engineering at Loughborough University if anyone cares.

I'm graduating in December of 2004 or January of 2005. Matter of fact, I'm moving to the other side of the country tomorrow for about half a year to do my graduate research. When I'm done, I'll be awarded both the Dutch title 'ir.' and the more internationally orientted 'm.sc.' Looking forward to that ^^

I graduated from Suffolk University Law School in May. I never attend graduation ceremonies. I have ceremonitis--which involves an unwillingness to attend all sorts of ceremonies. They are pointless. I am now officially: Anthony Sculimbrene, BSS, MA, JD. How pretenious of me to post that. I am thinking of putting it in my signature for even more preteniousness.

You'll probably want to spell "pretentious" correctly, though, or the effect will be ruined. On a serious note, congratulations.

Anthony Sculimbrene, BSS, MA, JD Make sure to add in your middle name. Not initial, name. The full effect is way more pretentious. "Philip R. Stanton" vs. "Philip Reid Stanton". (This works even better with long-ass middle names like "Jonathan" or something. One of my old friend's middle name was "Aloysius", which was a surefire winner in 'most asshole-ish-sounding middle name' contests.) You may or may not be shooting for Knighthood from Her Majesty, but I think you could pass yourself off as an "esquire", too, just because no one actually knows what it means and it sounds incredibly pretentious.
