[Single card disscussion] Jester's cap

I have been playing germbus lately and i think a card that could help control slaver in this matchup being known as bad ,But i think that this card jester's cap could help. Or any remove cards from the game cards for this matchup by replacing it for something less important in games 2 and 3.

For those who do not know what jesters cap is here yo go:

2, T, Sacrifice Jester’s Cap: Search target player’s library and remove three of those cards from the game. Then that player shuffles his or her library.



"This might just be a random happening but when I was playing on apprentice.(lack of t1 events in Fl) He was playing control slaver i was playing basically Germ-bus build.  Won first game pretty easily.  Second and third he whomped me, but i didnt get land or hand screwed.  It turned out he had 2 jesters cap in the side board and It completly screwed me with my win conditions   only being 4=3 angels + 1yawg win. I had one angel in my hand and when i tried to play my angel that he left he duplicated it and continued to smashed my head in."

Has anyone other than me seen this but it might be hard to get it to play , butI think it could work pretty well in against anydeck with low win conditions.

I could barely read that, and Jester's Cap is soooo outdated.

I shouldn't really be replying to this, but since I never abuse the fact that I have admin rights, I'll be nice and respond to your question anyways.

Jester's Cap doesn't really hose GermBus at all. What you're not taking into account is that--

(A) You can play around Jester's Cap once you realize your opponent is playing it. By simply holding onto a "win" condition in your hand, the Cap becomes somewhat useless.

and more importanly

(B) Slaver's threat is slaver itself. When would Jester's Cap ever be a better threat than Mind Slaver?

The point here is that Jester Cap is not a threat, it's just a minor annoyance that you can get lucky with sometimes.
