I was talking about dual-colored decks over at my local card-shop when I began to wonder why I've never seen a T1 W/B deck. So, I went on to GameFAQs and asked this same question, but, no one could remember such a deck. Seeing how you guys are the kings of T1, I've come to ask you the same question.  Very Happy

Well, there was once "Evil Parfait", a white control deck with a black splash.

Problem is, whenever you make a W/B deck, it's automatically better when you put blue in it.

I don't know how competitive they were, although I would imagine the necro-balance deck would have been quite good.

Maysonet's Balance deck was W/B, or at least some versions were.  And it was darn good at the time.  It was prior to the Standard/Vintage split so technically it is not a Vintage deck, but Vintage was the format at the time, so by default it should qualify.

Though I was looking for decks with more of half-white, half-black balance, I guess white with a balck splash qualifies as W/B too, eh?
