If i Tendrils of Agony for 20 spells and my opponent Force of Wills it does the storm effect still go on the stack dealing lethal damage? Any help in figuring this out for me would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

If you have cast twenty spells and then cast Tendrils of Agony, twenty copies of Tendrils of Agony will go on the stack on top of the first Tendrils of Agony (a total of twenty-one copies) as a triggered ability of the spell being cast. The only way your opponent could prevent this is by use of Stifle, which would allow him to counter the triggered ability. Force of Will will only be useful for countering one copy of Tendrils, so yes, if that's all your opponent has, twenty copies will still go through.
